Apprenticeship Program
Welcome to the Elevator Union Mentorship Program. The Elevator Union is one of the highest-paying Unions and one of the hardest Unions to get into around the world. With the current global situation, we are in and the high demand for jobs, application openings are starting to fill up as fast as 2 minutes in main cities. 1,000 applicants in 2 minutes is a lot of people around the globe waiting for that time to submit their applications. Each opening happens only about every 2 through 5 years, if you miss your opportunity to apply, by the next opening, you could have been a foreman. The program is conducted by an International Union of Elevator Constructors Member and will help you get that application in, pass the test, and pass the interview. There is a Union for each state, and if your state is big like Texas or California, there are multiple Unions.
